How to Prepare for your House Cleaning Appointment

Preparing for your housekeeper's arrival

"I Have to clean before my cleaner comes"?

Well, sort of. To ensure our cleaners time is spent efficiently cleaning your home, things like toys, dishes, and daily accumulated belongings should be put away in order for us to reach the surfaces and spaces in between in the time scheduled for your cleaning.

Standard Cleaning and
Deep Cleaning Prep

  1. Clear the floors. It is greatly appreciated if you could do your best to pick as many items off of the floor as possible so that we have access to the nitty gritty.

  2. Tidy up the counters and put away extra items that do not belong in the space.

  3. Secure your pets. We are pet friendly and love all fur babies. However it is usually best for your babies and our cleaners if they are secured during your cleaning session.

  4. Leave specific instructions, if you feel it necessary or if you are wanting a specific area of the home to have a little extra attention.

  5. Provide Clean linens for the beds to be made fresh.

  6. Discuss and arrange access to your home. Whether someone will be home to let us in, or if a key or access code will be provided.

Move In/Out

To ensure the best level of cleaning , we ask that your cleaning is scheduled for the day of or after all belongings have been removed. We understand that every situation is different and timing is sometimes rushed. Please discuss any specifics or exceptions with our team when you schedule these services.
